s.t.tisch (s.t.table)
by Jürg Bally
Wohhilfe, Switzerland 1951
A very nice example of Swiss design. The 's.t.table' is the acronym for eat and tea table (German: Ess und Tee Tisch) and implies also 'est'hetic - a description which applies without any doubt to this rare table.
The table is adjustable (7 different positions). Therefore, it can be used as dining and coffee/tea table.
In 1955 it was awarded with the 'gute Form' predicate.
